Shipping policy

  • Order processing times. After an order is placed we will contact you confirming your order and if we will also confirm the other details we require (Such as finalised height, extractor fan specifications and confirmation of lead times). As we are a small business and each hood is handmade to order please allow up to 8 weeks lead time. Once the hood is ready to ship we tend to use FedEx Pallet deliveries where we will use your contact details to provide you with tracking information once processed.
  • Domestic and international shipping options. Domestic shipping to the UK only. If you would like to place an order outside of the UK, please get in touch with us via Harding.bespoke@gmail.com and we can provide a quote for you. 
  • Shipping costs. Pallet delivery is offered to the UK via FedEX, our delivery cost is £90 which is Priority Express Shipping, once picked up delivery is made within 1-2 business days
  • Local delivery options. We offer Local Delivery within 15 miles of our Workshop for a fee of £25. We also offer collection if you would like to collect your order and option hasn't come up please drop us an email. 
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please check out our dedicated return policy, if you have a lost or damaged order please contact us immediately. Footnotes are - Returns cannot be accepted on custom orders however returns and remediation will be carried out if your cooker hood is lost, damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours. We may need to claim on delivery insurance if this is the case.
  • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Our expected lead times are 8 weeks from time of order however if there are delays we will let you know in advance, if you would like to contact us for updated lead times please don't hesitate to ask.  
  • Order tracking details. We will provide order tracking details once the shipment has been created and the hood is ready to be collected.
